The LLTS MPO Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) Public Comment Period is Now Open**Click here **

As required by State and Federal rules and regulations, the Lackawanna/Luzerne Transportation Study Metropolitan Planning Organization (LLTS MPO) has launched a 30-day public comment period for the 2025-2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). The MPO’s draft UPWP is available for review from December 13, 2024, through January 14, 2025, at the offices of the Lackawanna and Luzerne County Planning Commissions. The LLTS MPO will hold a combined Technical and Coordinating Committee hybrid public meeting on January 14^th, 2025, at 1:00 PM to consider approval of the 2025-2025 UPWP.
